College Terrace Library

The City of Palo Alto began renovating College Terrace library in 2009, using capital infrastructure funds to fix serious seismic weaknesses in this 1938 building.

This neighborhood library will reopen in late 2010 for necessary seismic and electrical renovations. City infrastructure funds will pay for this project. This project is still in the planning and development phase.
